Booking Policies

Please review the following and acknowledge by completing the booking. An email confirmation is sent 24 hours before your appointment.



If you have been exposed to someone with COVID or think you might be sick, we will reschedule your service.


Service provider and client must wear a mask throughout the entire appointment. Individually wrapped disposable masks are available.


Currently all clients are escorted into the salon suite. Guests or children are not allowed during appointments.


A non-refundable deposit of $25 secures your first appointment. Existing clients do not pay deposit unless there is more than one cancellation or reschedule consecutively. If you are more than 15 minutes late or if appointment runs late because of client delay, you may be asked to reschedule or be charged for time that goes over your appointment. 


All appointments are booked and managed online. When first booking make sure to create an account to be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment.


A patch test is recommended for anyone new to herbal hair care to make sure you are not sensitive to any of the herbs used. If you experience seasonal allergies you might experience symptoms like sneezing, headache, or itching. 


Herbal color deepens within 2-3 days and final color results are not seen immediately. In order to see what herbal dyes will look like on your hair, you must perform a strand test. Strand tests are done in the salon on small sections of hair behind the ear and nape area. Once your strand test is complete you can process and rinse at home,.


If you have been diagnosed with G6PD and are pregnant,  you are not a candidate for receiving henna services. Other herbal treatments without henna (lawsonia inermis) are available.
